3. Products & Availability
We specialize in skincare and cosmetic products, including our registered trademark French Formulas ELX®.
Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes only; minor variations may occur. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Orders & Payment
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, and other methods offered at checkout. All prices include applicable VAT within the EU. Orders are confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Germany, across the EU, and internationally. Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues. Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please review our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Opened cosmetics, final-sale items, or gift cards cannot be returned.

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, designs, and the trademark French Formulas ELX®—is the property of French Formulas LLC or our partners. Reproduction or distribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability

For EU residents, these Terms are governed by German law, alongside mandatory consumer protection rules of your resident country. For customers outside the EU, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
