Return & Refund Policy

At French Formulas ELX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find all details regarding returns, refunds, and your right of withdrawal.

1. Right of Withdrawal & Return Window
If you are located in the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason.

2. Eligibility & Exceptions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Hygiene & Safety Exception: For health and hygiene reasons, personal care and beauty products must be unopened, unused, and with all protective seals intact to be returnable.

Non-returnable items:
- Opened or used skincare and beauty products
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards and final-sale items

3. How to Process a Return
1. Request Authorization: Contact us at returns@frenchformulas.com to initiate your return request.
2. Return Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at returns@frenchformulas.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new product.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
