Returns window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care/beauty products must be unopened and sealed to be returnable. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at returns@frenchformulas.com to request a return authorization. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label (or instructions for sending the package) and let you know where to send your parcel. Items sent back without prior authorization won’t be accepted. Unless your item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Opened or used personal care/beauty products

• Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

• Custom or personalized items

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Final-sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have; once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at returns@frenchformulas.com.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be in the same condition you received them – unused, with tags, and in the original packaging – and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
